You are responsible for technical and application-related support for the broker management program (AMS) and acts as an interface between partner companies (insurance brokers) and the software manufacturer (Assfinet). This means in detail: Technical support & error handling in AMS system malfunctions Software maintenance & system maintenance of partner company AMS systems, as well as maintenance of updates Accompanying the continuous digitization and optimization of the processes of our partner companies DMS outsourcing for partner companies Test and release of new builds and basic innovations Dates at partner companies

You have a completed economic studies or a completed vocational training as an IT system businessman:wife / specialist:in (m/w/d) with several years of professional experience in the field of insurance Alternatively, you have a completed vocational training as an insurance businessman:wife or Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) You have basic business knowledge and ideally knowledge of process management You have a high IT affinity and are safe to use Office 365 Because of your personality structure, you do not hesitate to work independently, give your own impulses and make decisions You have a high quality awareness and a detailed and solution-oriented way of working Customer and service orientation have the highest priority for you You are ready to spend a share of your working time in the field service
