Head of SAP Digital Supply Chain (DSC) (m/f/d)

■ Leadership and development: You carry the overall technical and disciplinary responsibility for the SAP Digital Supply Chain (DSC) sector and continuously develop the teams, structures and competencies together with the team management.

■ Strategy & Portfolio: You develop the field strategy along SAP Extended Warehouse Management (SAP EWM), SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) and complementary topics, and carry out market trends, customer requirements and technological developments in future-oriented consulting services and services.

■ Delivery & Quality: The timing and quality of our consulting services as well as the qualitative and quantitative delivery capability of the area are your responsibility.

■ Resources & Economics: You are responsible for the predictive resource, utilisation and budget planning, tax relevant performance indicators, and take measures to continuously improve.

■ Customers & Projects: As a Trusted Advisor (m/w/d) or Executive Sponsor (m/w/d), you support strategically important customer and transformation projects, actively implement risk management and support in escalation and sustainable development of our customer relationships.

■ Growth & recruiting: You establish an employee development and recruiting planning oriented to market and sector needs and strengthen the long-term commitment and development of our colleagues.

■ Sales & Presales: You support the acquisition of new customers and projects and work closely with Sales, Presales and other consulting areas.

■ Networking & Innovation: You'll be working with SAP, other NTT DATA companies, Managed Services, Development Services, Partners:inside and sub-contracting, and you'll be supporting an environment in which new ideas and cross-disciplinary solutions are created.

■ Qualification & Leadership Experience: You have a degree in a relevant subject area or a comparable qualification and brings several years of experience in a disciplined and professional leadership position.

■ Supply chain expertise: You have profound knowledge in supply chain management and a very good understanding of integrated logistics and end-to-end processes.

■ SAP competence: You bring deep experience in the SAP environment with reference to SAP EWM and/or SAP TM and know the requirements for modern private and public cloud transformations.

■ Advice & Delivery: Long-term consulting, project and method skills as well as a safe handling of complex customer and delivery situations are a feature.

■ Entrepreneurship: Strategic and economic thinking, analytical thinking, implementation strength and a high quality standards shape your way of working.

■ Leadership & Culture: You convince with strong leadership and communication skills, promote open, trusting and collaborative cooperation and take responsibility for the results of your field.
