You independently process files (especially patents, utility models) and support our lawyers with ongoing mandates, lead the correspondence with clients (German and English), create and check fonts and keep in mind the details, manage domestic and foreign property rights, in particular technical property rights, accompany registration and dispute proceedings before national and international offices (including DPMA, EUIPO, EPA, WIPO), support us in proceedings before national and foreign courts and the EPG and maintain our files in our digitized file system in conjunction with a digital task management (genesis).
