Incident Manager – Power/Energy Supply (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the central Incindent/Event Management System, ensure its operational application and continuously develop it methodically and in the sense of the user. You can analyze reports and findings on process and plant weaknesses as well as events with a potential contribution from the “Man” factor. In addition, you take over the incident management for our business security area. You drive forward the structured processing of event tickets, guide and accompany the disciplines in holistic event analysis, document everything in analysis reports and communicate the results. In application-oriented training and further training on “Psychological Security and Event Management” you will be happy to pass on your knowledge to our management and specialist staff.

You have a completed degree in a technical degree course (partial electrical engineering/informatics) or (economic)psychology and ideally have several years of experience in quality management, disturbance and event analyses or in human factors analyses. Intensified knowledge of methods of Cause Analysis and a thorough understanding of which human factors can lead to unwanted behavior/results are also brought along. You know German in word and writing. You have a class B licence. You work independently and structured, can quickly work into new, technically complex topics, are aware of the handling of sensitive (partially personal) data and convince with your equally eloquent and charismatic personality.
