Consulting and support of workshop customers and internal service departments for spare parts and accessories Active sale of original parts, accessories and additional products Processing of customer requests by phone, email and personally on site Presentation of accessories in the sales room Order, acceptance and control of goods receipts including quality check Organisation and maintenance of parts storage and inventory monitoring Ensuring scheduled parts delivery for workshop orders complaint processing and coordination with suppliers and manufacturers

Completed commercial or commercial training, ideally in the automotive sector First professional experience in parts distribution, warehouses or in the automotive industry desirable Technical understanding and interest in vehicle parts and accessories Customer-oriented appearance and pronounced communication skills Independent, structured and reliable operation Good knowledge of German in word and writing
