Making Lead in Car Software a Reality: Mercedes-Benz develops its own operating system MB.OS for the automotive generations of the future, MB.OS will be the basis for all future Mercedes-Benz vehicles. With the MB.OS End-to-End Software-Journey project, we design new processes and IT products to bring MB.OS software to the vehicle in ever shorter cycles over-the-air. The claim is 24/3: In 24 hours from the development environment in prototype vehicles and within 3 months in the comprehensive series use. About the project... The End-to-End Software-Journey project deals with the way a software relocates from completion to use in the vehicle: from the documentation and storage of software to the central repository, its packeting to releases and its backup to test stands as well as development vehicles, the release and certification of software to the supply of software updates in vehicles. We look at the complete lifecycle of our vehicles from vehicle development and testing through series production to vehicles at the customer as well as during workshop stays. The new processes and IT solutions of the End-to-End Software-Journey are designed in a cross-functional project team together with employees from the Research & Development, Production, Sales and After-Sales departments. The project is organized according to the scaled-agile approach model SAFe. The following tasks await you with us: Support and creative collaboration of concepts related to KPIs in project management and support in implementation and introduction KPI-Owner for the Mood-Board in department Creating and preparing management presentations and appointments Editing and updating Intranet pages Preparing, organizing and performing project events Participation in internal, cross-disciplinary exchanges Working into the topic ''FAK'' Updating and expanding digital training in FAK for all departments within our Center The work student activity can start from August 2025.
