Your area of responsibility: You are a member of a great team by producing daily interesting and high-quality buffets for a maximum of 80 adults and 70 children
• Compliance with all standards and guaranteeing hygiene guidelines
• Implementation of the HACCP concept
• Preparation of fresh and seasonal dishes and desserts What you bring: You love to make families happy with children, you can feel the special needs of families on holiday and satisfy desires. You are characterized by commitment and attention to detail and enjoy a versatile task that goes beyond a usual full board buffet. You have a completed vocational training as a chef and corresponding professional experience.
