You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of an expert team in the field of system testing of power electronics You actively contribute to the further development of the performance electronics strategy of the Reinhausen Group within the scope of the Power Electronics Technology Centre and drive new ideas and innovation approaches independently You develop and answer product validation strategies including the selection of project teams as well as external cooperation partners and test institutes You coordinate and control test activities for new technologies and products from the development phase to series maturity You shall ensure compliance with quality, cost and time targets and shall initiate appropriate countermeasures in the event of deviations. You are responsible for the further development of the power electronics laboratory as well as the testing resources and test method

You have a completed study of electrical engineering and a well-founded knowledge in the verification and validation of power electronics You bring several years of professional experience in testing power electronics and have leadership experience You have experience in managing or processing complex international projects You are characterized by a pronounced analytical thinking capacity as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working. You act entrepreneurially, drive themes forward on their own initiative and identify opportunities for developing technologies, processes and teams You convince with pronounced communication and networking skills as well as reliable knowledge of German and English
