We are looking for software & Cloud Sales Support & Delivery Specialist (gn) for our geographically integrated Service Operations Team (GiSO). In this role, you support sales and partner teams in operational processes such as order processing, supply management, sales administration and data management, thus contributing to efficient, high-quality and standardised service provision in the region. As an Operations Ambassador and expert for selected processes, you have the opportunity to develop professionally, continuously improve data quality and processes and actively contribute to business success.

Your tasks Processing and management of service-related inquiries, orders, contracts and administrative processes in internal systems and in ServiceNow Conversion of shared offers into orders, testing of documentation and master data as well as installation of customer and service contract data Coordination of advances, including margin releases, credit assessments, pro-forma calculations and related documentation Support and follow-up of procurement processes to ensure correct and timely execution Implementation of monthly financial activities and project financial statements including required audits and validations Ensuring high data quality and operational accuracy through quality control, testing, corrections and compliance with defined standards Monitoring of regional, country and project related KPIs and identification and implementation of improvement measures Activity as Operations Subject Matter Expert and Operations Ambassador with focus on data quality, process optimization and system and tool improvements

Professional experience in project administration, project controlling, order processing, sales services or comparable service operations environments Understanding business processes and end-to-end processes from sales to delivery Secure handling of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook; Experience with Navision or comparable business systems is a plus Impressed business understanding as well as the ability to analyze and continuously improve processes Ability to build strong internal networks and successfully collaborate with different teams and stakeholders Proactive, committed and ready-to-learn personality with self-initiative, sense of responsibility and pronounced communication skills Customer, quality and service-oriented operation with a high level of accuracy and continuous improvement
