We are looking for the municipal administration and event buildings of the property office of the Landeshauptstadt Stuttgart. The posts must be occupied without delay.

The property office is for the care of currently approx. 1,400 buildings responsible. This is a wide range of children's daycare facilities, office buildings, meeting facilities, fire-fighting buildings, bunkers, residential buildings, residential homes, books, cultural institutions and other types of use. The commercial and technical focuses are accordingly versatile.

A job that enthuses you

• You are responsible for managing locking systems
• Your tasks include the assignment of major repairs via the customer center as well as the independent execution of smaller repair and repair work
• They actively contribute to ensuring the maintenance and monitoring of the operational readiness of domestic installations, operation of the building control technology for the control of ventilation, heating, air conditioning and fire protection technology, measurement of test and maintenance necessities, control of compliance with test periods of systems subject to monitoring, ongoing object visits to ensure traffic safety
• the assignment, instruction and instruction of craftsmen after prior risk assessment, including the signing of reports, coordination of waste disposal, supervision of the building cleaning and closing service, and support for events are also part of your tasks
• the management of documentation and diaries, ordering necessary equipment, communication and cooperation, especially with the building users
• start-up and single-fall cleaning of external traffic areas as well as clearing and best-rescue in snow and ice smoothing

A change or addition of the task area is reserved.

Your profile that suits us

• a completed three-year craft or commercial technical vocational training, preferably in the field of heating, ventilation, or electrical engineering (in the case of foreign qualifications, the submission of a state recognition in Germany is necessary) or a comparable vocational training with equivalent skills and experience in corresponding activities
• Professional experience as a homemaster in public administration is beneficial
• technical understanding and craftsmanship
• independent mode of operation and good communication skills and handling forms
• good oral and written expressiveness in German
• Flexibility with regard to standby services

Working hours are 39 hours a week (normally Mo–Fr). In exchange, standby services with, where appropriate, Night and weekend work.
