Production employees for food production (m/f/d)

Their use is possible in full-time, part-time or as minor employment. It is always full working days (8 hours) with a start of work at 4:00 or 7:00.

Your duties

• Cleaning and cutting of the raw material to document pizzas and to assemble various finished salad mixtures

• Continuous cleaning and disinfection of workplaces and work equipment and documentation of these tasks

• Daily filling of stock, including careful product care and quality control

• compiling the required articles for the daily needs to be produced

• Customer order picking

Your profile

• Complete vocational training ideally in gastronomy, cookery or food crafts, specialist for food technology

• professional experience in dealing with animal and vegetable foods (cheese, sausage and vegetables)

• Experiences in hygiene and HACCP

• Team skills, flexibility, independent and careful work

• Teaching according to § 43 para. 1 Infection Protection Act (IfSG)

• Worked handling of MS Office applications e.g. Word, Excel

• An advantage is a technical understanding of packaging machines and systems
