Become an individual customer advisor:in (w/m/d) in one of our branches in parttime and full time

Together with us you will take over the following tasks: Advice par excellence: Use the available consulting tools, and shine with your communications talent to convince our individual customers of our financial products and to provide them individually and completely. Rate customer: within requirements and in full, also on securities and investment forms. Use any existing contact channels, e.g. online banking, e-mail.

Teamwork makes the dream work: Create the sales potential discovered by the private customer advisors: by providing selected individual customers with the best possible care and company customers: inside co-betreust. Cross-departmental cooperation: Guide customers to the main supervisors in line with requirements:inside the company's customers and the department of asset consulting and, if necessary, further specialist:inside. Teamplayer: If necessary, represent your colleagues from private customer advice.

Learning and Teaching on the Job: You’re a multiplier: you’re bringing your colleagues up to date on trend topics.

We fit together when you bring the following skills: Personal competencies: You present yourself and your recommendations convincingly and comprehensible? You're constantly tapping your development potential? Professional experience: You have a bank training or an adequate commercial training? You have already taken part in a customer counselling course? You have been a private customer consultant for several years:in or equivalent in the market? You have knowledge of the minimum requirements according to MiFID II that you have acquired through: participation in the customer counselling course and the technical training by the securities department

You have basic knowledge of the minimum requirements (generally) for risk management (MaRisk) and in-depth knowledge of the specific requirements (BTO 1)? Payment: The enrollment of the registered office is expected to be carried out in EG 9A, 9B or 9C. Depending on the valid assignment and the relevant professional experience, an assignment to levels 2-6 is regularly considered when setting. This currently results in a monthly tariff gross entry fee of EUR 3,658,61 for EC 9A to 5,757,70 for EC 9C.
