Your tasks

• Responsibility for the planning and construction of holistic energy systems (e.g. electricity, heat, cold, etc.) as well as successful and timely completion of these in (large & special) projects and quarters
• Central contact (m/w/d) and interface for all project-relevant issues for internal employees, project team as well as service providers and suppliers as well as network operators and energy supply companies etc.
• Creation of decision templates, target keeping, documentation, results reports and templates for project environment and management
• Responsibility for request and change management, appointment and resource planning, project controlling and reporting as well as risk management

Your profile

• You are an experienced project manager (m/w/d) (Energie/TGA/Bau) and have experiences in designing and building large and complex energy infrastructures
• You are open to innovative solutions and alternative solutions
• You have a broad knowledge in the field of energy technology (e.g. electrical, heat, cold,...) and are ready to further develop this knowledge
• You have first experience in building innovative energy systems
• Structured and analytical thinking and working methods characterize you
• You are ready for project-related travel to construction sites, workshops, etc.
• You are moderator (m/w/d) and designer (m/w/d) with a high level of enforcement, enthusiasm, communication and team skills
• You bring very good knowledge of German and can also exchange yourself in international projects
• You have completed university studies with the field of construction / TGA / (economic) engineering with a focus on energy technology and corresponding professional experience or a comparable degree
