You take over the task of processing documents and ensure that all legal framework conditions are complied with. You are responsible for the processing and response of telephone and written customer requests to our services in the field of care insurance / refund. You are responsible for the timely implementation of recalls. The initiation of corrections in individual cases is also part of their tasks. You support team management in improving workflows and collect statistically relevant data.

You ideally bring a completed vocational training in the field of healthcare or comparable qualifications in the relevant field. Alternatively, you have acquired the necessary know-how through practical experience and specific knowledge to successfully fulfill the tasks of this position. You have expertise in aid law or have the ability and willingness to acquire them. Embossed communication and conflict skills are characterized. You have good PC skills. A high level of service orientation and team capacity are of course for you.
