Technical Customer Service Representative, Metering Services (m/f/d)

In the Messdienst department, we ensure the measurement and settlement of consumption data for heating, water and electricity. For this we equip the buildings with a remotely readable measuring infrastructure and operate them.

Equipment equipment: You provide timely equipment, exchange and maintenance of measuring instruments, smoke detectors, radio infrastructure and other technical facilities in the building stock. Network Conception: In your role, you develop tailor-made concepts for the measurement and radio network equipment of buildings and plants. Measurement data acquisition & technology testing: You read measurement data, pass them on, check the technical requirements for measuring equipment and determine necessary measuring instruments and materials. Stock management: You inventory measurement and building equipment as well as other technical facilities, document work carried out, maintain data in software systems and support inventory and the organization of the warehouse of degewo netzWerk. Quality control: You determine radiators and evaluate them using the evaluation software used.

Qualification: You have completed vocational training (e.g. as an investment mechanic in SHK or an electronic engineer for energy and building technology) or at least two years of relevant professional experience in the field of measurement services and home technology. Technical understanding: You have basic knowledge of heating systems, hot water treatment and/or domestic engineering. IT knowledge: You are familiar with relevant IT systems and apply them safely. Mobility: You have a class B licence. Personality: You are characterized by reliability, conscience and a structured and solution-oriented manner. Language competence: You master the German language at a professional level and can safely move into meetings and written correspondence.

Remuneration & Extras: We pay according to the housing contract with holiday and Christmas money.
