Senior SAP Industry Cloud Architect Retail (f/m/x)

As a SAP Industry Cloud Architect with a focus on retail (single retail, wholesale or consumer goods), you play a key role in designing and implementing modern end-to-end retail solutions based on the SAP Industry Cloud Portfolio. These solutions form the backbone of scalable, data-driven trading companies. You will become part of our growing ERP team and help our customers switch from fragmented system landscapes to consistently networked processes across branches, e-commerce and supply chain – using SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition and SAP Industry Cloud. * Your task includes: Conception and optimization of end-to-end retail processes with focus on order management, basket sourcing, omnichannel pricing and POS integration Drive forward ERP transformation initiatives with a strong fit-to-standard approach and focus on simplicity and scalability Management of workshops with business stakeholders from the retail, e-commerce and supply chain to analyze requirements and critically question existing processes Translation of technical requirements into structured, scalable SAP solutions and integration into the SAP Industry Cloud Portfolio Support for testing, go-live and rollout activities while ensuring high quality and strong user adoption Consulting customers with regard to the strategic use of ERP and industry cloud solutions to support modern retail business models Support and mentoring of Junior Consultants as well as active contribution to expanding our Retail ERP & Industry Cloud competence Continuous training on developments around SAP S/4HANA Cloud and SAP Industry Cloud, current retail trends and best practices in ERP transformation

Essential Skills 5+ years of professional experience as an SAP consultant, ideally in the retail environment or in customer-oriented industries proven experience with SAP Industry Cloud, in particular with SAP Order Management Foundation, SAP Order Management for Sourcing & Availability and SAP Omnichannel Sales Transaction and Audit Very good understanding of retail business processes, especially in the following areas: SAP Omnichannel Promotion Pricing (OPPS) SAP Order Management Foundation (OMF) SAP Order Management for Sourcing & Availability (OMSA) SAP Omnichannel Sales Transaction and Audit (OSTA) S/4HANA Sales (formerly Sales & Distribution / SD) S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement (former Materials Management / MM)

Experience in retail ERP transformation projects, such as SAP Industry Cloud or SAP S/4HANA implementations or Migrations Strong understanding of end-to-end processes instead of insulated module views Experience in the management of workshops and in close cooperation with business stakeholders Excellent communication skills in German (min. C1 level) and English (min. B2 level) Ability to work both independently and as part of an agile cross-functional team Beneficial Skills Experience with omnichannel setups (integration of store and e-commerce) Knowledge of retail-specific topics such as pricing, promotions or assortment management First experience in mentoring or leading small teams
