Deputy Head of Nursing - Day Care (m/f/d)

You represent the nursing service and, in close coordination, take over the operational control of our day care in Limburg You ensure the high quality of our care by performing care tags, optimizing processes and accompanying MDK tests in a consistent manner As a motivating leadership, you guide the care team professionally and promote the individual development of your employees You are responsible for the service and tour planning, organize the processes efficiently and use our MediFox system As a central contact person, you contact our clients, their relatives and external partners and take over the associated documentation

You have a completed training as a nursing specialist (m/w/d) and ideally bringing the training to the nursing service (PDL) You have already gained several years of professional experience in nursing and ideally have first leadership experience With your empathic way, your organizational talent and your team skills you create a positive working environment, even if it gets stressful You are safe in handling MS Office and have ideally already worked with a care software like MediFox
