As the first contact person, you are the friendly sign of the company and provide customer service to accounts, credit cards and lockers.

You will answer questions on terms, balances and use of bank cards.

You will forward customer requests professionally – personally, by telephone or by e-mail – to the relevant specialist consultants.

The maintenance and updating of customer data in the internal systems is also one of your responsibilities.

You support the team in special administrative tasks and work with exciting projects.

A completed commercial training, ideally as a bank merchant.

Experience in customer service is advantageous.

You are enjoying dealing with demanding customers and are service-oriented.

Excellent German and good English skills are essential.

A professional and sympathetic appearance is of course for you.

You will receive a performance-based payment according to the contract of temporary work (BAP/DGB).

We usually offer an indefinite job with the opportunity to take over by our partner companies.

After a successful trial period, you will receive a grant to the occupational pension scheme.
