For our department "Integrated Management System" (IMS) at STANDORT BURBACH, we are looking for a qualified

Projektleiter (m/w/d)

• Participation in the development of an ESG strategy at Group level

• Implementation of ESG regulations within the company in cooperation with specialist departments

• Monitoring and analysis of ESG metrics and deriving and implementing measures

• Creation and maintenance of ESG reports according to legal requirements and the standards set by the company (CSRD, GRI, TCFD, EU-Taxonomy)

• Support of the environmental officer and the security specialist in compliance with regulatory requirements

• Initiation and implementation of measures to reduce environmental footprint and promote sustainable supply chains

• Promoting social responsibility within the company

• awareness and training of employees on ESG-relevant topics

• Completed studies focusing on environmental sciences, engineering or comparable training

• Multiannual project management experience in the field of sustainability, preferably in an international environment

• Environmental management certifications are advantageous

• Embossed team orientation and communication strength

• English and good German skills of advantage
