Tasks with a plan

• Coordination and control of execution planning for projects in the field of wood hybrid construction and sustainable architecture
• Monitoring and control of external planning offices with regard to compliance with current regulations, technical standards and contractual requirements
• Ensuring the feasibility of planning with a focus on practical implementation at the construction site
• Support for project implementation taking into account quality, dates and costs
• Function as a central contact person for all planning topics in the project team
• Cooperation with project participants to develop solution-oriented approaches to challenges
• introduction of creative ideas and independent work in the interdisciplinary team

• A completed study of architecture or civil engineering
• Professional experience in execution planning, planning coordination, project management or in a comparable position
• Knowledge of the relevant technical structures and the applicable standards and regulations
• Enthusiasm for sustainable construction and modern planning methods (in particular model-based BIM planning)
• Ability to manage the team, to delegate tasks and to monitor the achievement of targets
• Impressed communication strength, motivation, team spirit and a structured and solution-oriented way of working
