Your tasks

Acquisition and marketing of high-quality properties in first-class locations Individual support and advice from our premium customers throughout the entire sales process – with the feeling that this client expects Conducting complex market analyses and sound real estate reviews Negotiation and conclusion of contracts in close cooperation with legal and financial experts Building and maintenance of high-end customer relationships and active networking with relevant actors in the industry Active participation in the strategic and economic development of the site and identification of new market and business potentials Close cooperation with the location management and gradual takeover of additional responsibility in organisational and sales issues Perspective takeover of leadership tasks, in particular in the technical support, further development and motivation of the site team Targeted preparation for a possible further development to the location management with the prospect of taking responsibility for a team and the successful development of a location in the long term
