As an architect/CAD designer (m/w/x) at our site in Gütersloh, you plan modern office and logistics buildings and work closely with our national and international teams. Together we grow on demanding projects, create clarity in complex planning and take responsibility - from the first idea to the mature solution. Are you on it?

Building planning for office and logistics: You develop new buildings and building parts in the office and logistics sector, create designs, floor plans, cuts as well as 3D models (where meaningful as BIM) and thus provide a clear, technically clean planning basis. Interdisciplinary concept development: In close cooperation with fire protection, TGA and other specialist experts, first layouts are created, which are then jointly evaluated with our logistics planners:inside, You are evaluated economically and presented to the management for the decision. Construction application planning & approval management: After internal approval, you take the preparation of the building application documents and accompany the approval procedure responsibly in coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Location and location planning: You will check the conditions of potential properties for their usability as a logistics location, create meaningful location plans and support sound investment decisions. 3D visualization & animations: With impressive 3D visualizations and animations, you can experience our building and logistics concepts and support our Logistics Engineering Team to win new customers.

Training & qualification: You have a completed training as a designer:in or construction technician:in and ideally a successfully completed study of architecture or a comparable qualification - with pleasure in working in the field of planning and CAD. CAD competence & planning phases: You have well-founded experience with common CAD programs and are familiar with the performance phases 1-4 of the HOAI; first experiences with BIM-based work are a plus. 3D visualization & construction applications: 3D visualization knowledge is your profile, as well as practical experience in the creation of construction applications and handling regulatory requirements. Language skills: You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing to communicate with our national and international contacts.
