Underground mining engineer (m/f/d)

Geothermal energy uses the heat from the Earth's interior for electricity and heat production and offers a reliable, environmentally friendly alternative to fossil fuels. In the role as project manager / engineer (w/m/d) sub-days, you take a central role in the technical control, coordination and implementation of the sub-day sub-areas of geothermal projects. You bring your technical expertise into the development and realization of demanding projects, control the relevant specialist planners and project participants in the UT environment and cooperate in the successful interconnection of underground (UT), surface (OT) and thermal network. Technical control and coordination of underground sub-areas of geothermal projects, in particular in the context of drilling site, drilling, near-bore infrastructure and other UT-relevant measures Control, coordination and technical and content assessment of planning services, concepts, technical specifications and execution documents in the UT field Participation in the preparation, structuring and technical-incomplete preparation of tender documents for UT-relevant services, as well as support for tendering and award processes Control of a conversion-oriented project execution in the UT area – from design and preparation to construction and drilling implementation to realization and commissioning Leadership and coordination of project teams, specialist planners, experts, service providers and subcontractors in their own responsibility Control of the essential interfaces between underground (UT), surface (OT) and thermal network Management of appointments, cost budgets and quality and safety issues in the area of responsibility Communication and coordination with clients, specialist authorities, project partners and other relevant stakeholders Technical advice and content support in the planning process as a function of its own professional profile, e.g. in the fields of drilling technology, geology or other UT-relevant specialist topics

Graduate in the field of mining, geotechnical engineering, civil engineering, geoengineering, geosciences, petroleum engineering, geothermal engineering or in a comparable degree course Multiannual professional experience in underground, near-drill or geotechnical projects, ideally in the environment of geothermal energy, deep drilling, mining, special mining or tunnel construction Experience in technical control as well as in the technical and content creation, testing and evaluation of tender documents, planning services and execution documents Practical experience is required in the implementation of projects in the near-UT environment, in particular in construction, execution, drilling, construction or commissioning near project phases. Funded understanding of timing, coordination of execution, quality, HSE and interface management in complex projects Safe handling of project management tools and methods Very good German and ideally good English skills as well as a high degree of responsibility, organisational skills and communication strength
