Development and implementation of a holistic people strategy in close coordination with the corporate strategy Leadership, coaching and further development of the HR team Responsibility for efficient, scalable and legally compliant HR processes Introduction and further development of data-driven HR processes and the use of modern HR tools and systems Close cooperation with management, executives and departments in all strategic and operational HR issues at the locations Großbottwar, Pulsnitz, Bitterfeld-Wolfen and Gallmersgarten

Successfully completed business studies with a focus on staff or comparable training with specialist training At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in HR, ideally in a medium-sized company Very good knowledge of labour and labour law and social security and wage tax law Detectional experience in building and implementing strategic HR initiatives Embossed knowledge in the digital transformation of HR processes Strong leadership personality with high communication and enforcement capability Analytical and structured working methods as well as strong consulting skills Hands-on mentality Very good knowledge of English (min.
