Support and advice of our customers Creation and tracking of offers and order processing Maintenance of customer, system and article data in the ERP appointment with internal interfaces (production, logistics, purchasing) Processing of customer requests, complaints and delivery dates Proactive customer approach in actions and market trends New customer acquisition and lead processing support Processing of sample shipment Support in the preparation and organization of trade fairs and participation Participation in sales-relevant evaluations and statistics

Closed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial businessman/industry businesswoman, merchant/industry for office management or comparable Multiannual professional experience required in the sales service Secure handling of ERP systems and Microsoft Office – especially Excel Experience from the industrial, textile area of advantage Very good German knowledge in word and writing (at least C1), as the position requires professional customer advice, secure telephone communication and independent compilation of business correspondence. Very good knowledge of English required Additional foreign language skills of advantage Structured, independent and reliable operation Embossed communication and team skills Customer-oriented thinking as well as a high degree of commitment and responsibility
