Ensuring high plant availability and safe, decision-compliant plant operation (incl. interface to the central station) even in floods Responsibility for employees (operating teams) as well as leadership, motivation and development of the management team Project Management Revitalization of the Pump Storage Plant (PSW) Happurg with ensuring planning-oriented project processing in the aspects, safety, quality, time and cost reliability for the machine technology sector coordinated and harmonised operational & maintenance optimization, fault analyses according to requirements Partner company management, in particular requirement management, project management, claim management for effective cooperation with service providers and responsible management of service providers in the field of HSSE, quality of work (time, budget plan and quality) and as a representative of the company Implementation of best practice systems and processes in operation and maintenance Operational implementation of work, environmental and health projects Vulnerability analysis and optimization of operating processes, state assessment Coordination Operation, maintenance and maintenance including procurement including warranty monitoring Crisis management (inbs. flood deployment planning and management) Working with budget acquisition, creation and controlling Implementation of operational rules Implementation of quality management standards, guidelines, processes Continuous improvement of plant availability and performance testing, monitoring Regional stakeholder management Management and control of operational HSSE activities at the site

Successfully completed studies (Univ., FH) of engineering Multiannual experience in operation/maintenance First leadership experience of advantage Good communication and expressability in word and writing Good knowledge of English in word and writing Good knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) SAP knowledge Experience in targeted employee management Insufficient knowledge of industry-relevant rules of technology, occupational safety and environmental protection Mobility (class B) and willingness to carry out external services (short-term or duration of projects) in the whole field of hydropower JOBV1_EN
