Your tasks:

• Asset management
• Goods credit insurance
• Create and ship OPOS evaluations
• Manage and ship Intrastat, input and output statistics
• Communication with sales services and sales agents
• Edit and ship mail by dealers
• Clearing payment differences
• Preparing documents
• Implementation of receivables and credit management as well as a reminder
• Deposition and care of the car straps retained in the house
• Support for SAP implementation

Your profile:

• Successfully completed training as a tax specialist or a vocational training with several years of professional experience in accounting/responsive management
• Secure handling of MS-Office and DATEV accounting software
• Experience with ERP system Microsoft Navision/SAP
• Self-employed, structured and targeted
• High level of secrecy, flexibility and loadability
