You take responsibility for the successful execution and development of our branch and, together with your team, ensure unique shopping experiences Leading job interviews, learning, promoting and motivating staff as well as leading your team with a cooperative and value-adding leadership style Creating personnel deployment plans and ensuring efficient and needs-based personnel planning Active customer address and individual fashion advice – you go open to customers and make every visit an experience Inspiration of our customers in the selection of outfits, styles and matching combinations as well as compiling modern looks with a sense of fashion, trends and individual wishes of our customers Creative and sales-promoting goods presentation as well as ensuring a well maintained and inviting appearance of the sales area Goods maintenance, goods labelling and clearing of new collections, as well as independent cashier activities, including the preparation of cash settlement

You have pleasure in fashion, fashion and dealing with people You already have leadership experience, ideally in fashion trade, retail or in a comparable consulting-intensive sales environment You feel as a team leader or Filial management of our demanding customers grown in a consulting-intensive sale You have a good sense of style and trends and inspire our customers with your personality and advice You will be happy to advise instead of serving only, and create unique shopping experiences You have a cooperative leadership style that is characterized by motivation, commitment and value-adding communication You understand how to promote, motivate and achieve goals together as a team You are communicative, reliable and keep an overview even in lively situations You work independently, structured and solution-oriented and like to pack on
