Senior Consultant - Public Sector (m/f/d)

As a senior consultant, you accompany our customers from the first idea to productive use. You analyze document-intensive specialist processes, structure requirements and develop robust solutions. You will unlock potentials for AI and process automation – for example, to intelligently prepare files, to research information in a targeted manner, to classify documents or to check processes for completeness. We are looking for further support! You advise our customers on the further development of their digital file and business processes and take over the technical management of consulting and introductory projects. As a central contact person, you control the professional work packages from problem position to productive use. You carry out workshops with different disciplines, structuring requirements, moderate target conflicts and create resilient decision bases. You analyze business processes, identify automation and standardization potentials, and transfer them to low-code/no-code solutions. You identify and prioritize KI-Use-Cases in the E-Akte and evaluate their benefits, feasibility, standardisation and governance – for example for document classification, RAG-based search or completeness checks. You analyse technical requirements, develop tailor-made solution concepts, and first implementable specifications for processes, interfaces, roles, authorizations and integrations into existing IT landscapes. You accompany our customers from the validation in the Proof of Concept to the successful introduction of the solution, coordinate the technical implementation and ensure the sustainable establishment of new processes and functions.

You have completed IT training (e.g. business informatics/informatics or comparable qualifications). You have several years of experience in IT consulting/professional services and have already taken over overall responsibility for implementing complex digitization projects – ideally in public sector or in regulated environments. You bring experience in the moderation of workshops, requirement analysis, process modeling and solution specification. Knowledge of BPMN or comparable standards is advantageous. You evaluate AI-Use-Cases professionally and economically and can classify benefits, quality, data protection, security and governance. Knowledge of applications such as information extraction, document analysis, RAG or process automation is a plus. You have a good technical understanding of APIs, integration architectures as well as role and authorization concepts and can combine technical requirements with technical frameworks. Knowledge of object-oriented modeling as well as Windows/Linux environments are advantageous. You communicate clearly and structuredly and securely between disciplines, IT, information security and other stakeholders. You have very good knowledge of German and very good knowledge of English in word and writing.
