Leadership and organisational development: You lead, coach and develop your team and create a powerful, globally oriented and future-proof organisation and team structure. Strategy and global orientation: You define and manage the global infrastructure and cloud roadmap in line with the corporate and IT strategy and consistently drive standardization and automation. Operation and quality of service: You carry the overall responsibility for a stable and efficient IT operation including service delivery and service desk and ensure a high quality of service through clear KPIs, transparency and continuous improvements. Transformation and cooperation: You actively shape transformation initiatives, promote sector-wide cooperation and act as a central point of intersection within IT and relevant business stakeholders.

Complete study of computer science or comparable qualifications as well as long-term professional experience in the IT field with multi-year leadership experience, ideally in the international context Detectable experience in the development and development of organizations and in the control of transformation initiatives towards global, scalable IT structures Expertise in modern IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, networks, security and digital workplace (e.g. M365, Collaboration, Endpoint), combined with a holistic understanding of future-oriented architectures Very good knowledge of German and English (at least GER level C1) in word and writing
