Supplier Development Manager (m/f/d)

Coordination of key supplier topics as a service provider for the Biberach production plant and the regional factory purchases. Creating and implementing supplier plans, development measures and strategies together with suppliers and internal interfaces. Implementation of supplier visits, on-site reviews, reviews and escalations. Creating stable and efficient delivery conditions focusing on quality, delivery performance, capacity, costs and cooperation. Technical and commercial coordination with suppliers in close cooperation with factory purchase, quality, engineering and production. Proactive identification of risks, bottlenecks and potential for improvement in the supply chain. Participation in the development, introduction and standardization of supplier development processes, tools and working methods.

Technical training with further education, completed technical studies or comparable qualification. Multiannual experience in Supplier Development, supplier management, quality, production, technical purchasing or a comparable function in the industrial environment. Good technical background and understanding of manufacturing processes, technical drawings, quality requirements and industrial supply chains. Experience in cooperation with suppliers, suppliers visits, measures management and negotiations. Secure handling of SAP, Excel, PowerPoint and data-based evaluations. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
