Education: You have a degree with a focus on (economic) informatics or a comparable qualification. Professional experience: You bring several years of professional experience in the environment of the enterprise or IT service management, the digital transformation and the optimization of IT organizations and use them to improve the IT landscape of our customers. Frameworks and trends: You have profound experiences with the use of frameworks (e.g. ITIL), project management methods and know the essential current trends (e.g. cloud).
