Head of the Power Quality business segment (m/f/d)

You assume the overall strategic and operational responsibility for the global Power Quality business segment and develop the market and product strategy You lead and develop international teams at several locations and are responsible for global cooperation with engineering, sales, processing and service You control the GRIDCON product and solution portfolio including STATCOM, SVC, MSCDN and other power diversity systems You build international partner networks and Ecosystems and are responsible for cooperation with strategic partners and representations You ensure a successful project execution in time, quality and budget and are responsible for offers, contracts and project risks You develop new data-based business models and build a global service organization as their own P&L management

You have completed engineering studies in electrical engineering or a comparable qualification You bring at least 10 years of experience in the international power and solution business of electrical power transmission, in particular in the field of power quality, with You possess multi-year leadership experience in international organisations and convince by decision-making and enforcement skills You have comprehensive technical knowledge of electrical energy distribution and power electronics, including transformers, switching technology and PQ systems You act entrepreneurially as well as market- and customer-oriented and drive the further development of complex organizations in a structured manner You communicate safely in English and bring international readiness to travel
