Your tasks are You are responsible for the telephone and written support of students.

As a first contact, you will testify to our potential customers and give them first information on our courses and advanced training products.

You record the data of the interested parties and agree an appointment with our study consultants:inside or clarify individual concerns with the internal interfaces.

With facts, heart and passion, you enthuse everyone for our advanced products.

Your profile includes You always want to advise our students as best as possible and draw attention to your own initiative and enthusiasm.

Your strong social competence and communication skills in a telephone and written form are complemented by excellent German skills.

You are sure to use MS Office tools and CRM systems. As a dedicated team player, you are always curious and keep your humor in challenging situations - serenity in turbulent situations.

You are flexible in time and bring the willingness to work occasionally on Saturdays.
