IT-Budget- und Commercial Management (m/w/d)

Responsibility for the planning, control and control of the IT budget within the VSE organization in close cooperation with the VSE Controlling Organisation Development of forecasts, budget plans and reports for internal and external stakeholders related to IT running costs and project budgets Support of VSE IT portfolio management and VSE project manager for IT projects Sparring partners for IT major projects for planning and tracking project budgets including support in the creation and testing of business cases Implementation of enquiry and retrieval processes for project-related IT services to the central IT, management of VSE IT cost centers including accounting process for IT services Development of processes and tools in the field of IT controlling and IT service commercials

Successfully completed training in IT or studies in business informatics or similar desirable First professional experience in a similar position desirable Knowledge required in the IT industry Good knowledge of Atlassian Tools and Design of Service Solutions Very good knowledge of English and German in word and writing Good communication skills and a high team capability Standing for occasional missions
