The ITT stands for the technological heartbeat of our company: With responsibility for a broad portfolio - from Data Center, Platforms, Digital Workplace, Enterprise Architecture or Global Service Delivery Models - ITT forms the information technology basis of our daily work and the digital transformation of our company. The ITT/GM is responsible for the effective and efficient operation of IT systems and IT infrastructure for the global markets in the EMEA & APAC regions. These challenges include: You support the analysis of existing monitoring and observability concepts in the company context

In addition, you can identify relevant AI approaches for anomaly detection, event correlation and cause analysis

In addition, you contribute to the development of a prototype or dashboard that visualizes AI results and serves as a basis for decision

You will start analysis for monitoring landscapes and launch suggestions for improvement

In addition, you create documentation, guidelines and templates for recurring tasks

In addition, you support the evaluation of the solution in terms of accuracy, efficiency and usability

You will see how to derive recommendations for the productive use of AI-based observability

The activity can begin from March 2026.

Course in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or a comparable degree programme

Interest in monitoring, observability, cloud environments and modern IT operating architecture

Analytical thinking and structured working

Very good English knowledge (project language), German knowledge helpful but not mandatory

Understanding IT service processes (e.g. event, incident, problem management) is a plus
