Support for general office organisation and administration Processing of e-mails, phone calls and correspondence Support in areas such as order processing, purchasing or sales Maintenance of master data and documents in the system Preparation of evaluations, documents and documentation Support for auditing and editing Organisation and coordination of appointments and procedures Cooperation with various internal departments

Completed commercial training e.g. as an industrial businessman (m/w/d), office businessman (m/w/d) or businessman for office management (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification Alternative professional experience in the commercial sector Good MS Office knowledge Structured, reliable and independent operation Organisational skills and communication skills
