Assistant to the Commercial Director / Tax Officer (m/f/d)

In this role you work closely with the commercial management and assume a central role in the financial and tax sectors. You contribute to the support of several companies, support in financial statements and tax issues, and also address a variety of commercial issues.

You support the commercial management in the tax and accounting supervision of several companies according to HGB You work in the production of annual accounts and in tax returns and sales tax advances with You act as an interface to external tax advisors, auditors and other contact persons You check tax decisions and support tax issues and documentation You also take on a variety of commercial tasks, e.g. insurance and business topics You actively contribute to the further development of existing processes and assist in the structured processing of complex facts

Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) Multiannual professional experience in accounting / taxes, ideally in a firm Security in the production of annual accounts and tax returns Very good knowledge of tax, commercial and company law Experience in dealing with DATEV and MS Office Structured, reliable and independent working and a strong sense of responsibility Quiet, clear personality with pleasure in a long-term, stable activity
