You are responsible for the smooth handling of our international shipping processes taking into account all relevant regulations You check whether export operations are subject to approval and take care of necessary requests You create and review export relevant documents such as export declarations and preferential documents You ensure that all legal requirements in export and import are complied with You are a contact person for authorities, customers:inside external economic issues You recognize optimization potentials in processes, implement improvements and train colleagues:inside on relevant topics concerning export and compliance

You have completed commercial training in the field of customs, foreign trade, forwarding or comparable studies You bring several years of professional experience in the field of export / customs You have relevant knowledge of international trade regulations You have knowledge of German and English with a high degree of negotiation You have a strong communication strength and work responsibly and independently You have good knowledge of MS Office and ideally experience with ERP or customs systems
