Legal and Notary Assistant - RVG / GNotKG (m/f/d)

As part of your activity, you are working with our lawyers in a trusted manner in the team: both inside and outside: support these proactively and ensure a smooth running of the department You process notary processes and are responsible for the preparation, execution and processing of contracts and documents You are responsible for the monitoring of postal inputs, appointments, deadlines and repositories You take care of the client after consultation: inside and are responsible for the file management In close coordination, you create the cost calculations according to RVG and/or GNotKG

You have successfully completed your training as a lawyer and notary specialist (m/w/d) and ideally bring first professional experience – also newcomers: you are welcome. When dealing with MS Office you are safe and have good knowledge of the RVG and/or GNotKG. A careful, reliable and service-oriented way of working distinguishes you. You like to work independently, but You also like to get active and with joy to the team. Thanks to your knowledge of German (C1) you always communicate clearly and respectfully with Mandant:innen und Kolleg:innen.
