Your area of responsibility You are organising the Chief Medical Secretariat independently and collegially. You take writing. You are a contact person for the organizational concerns of the clinic staff. You plan and coordinate dates of the ambulance and private ambulance. You coordinate the flow of the patient records of the New Clinic and check the doctor's lettering. You take the electronic schedule and holiday plan design. You plan and organize events and prepare them. You organize business trips. You'll start presentations, statistics and reports. Your profile You have completed vocational training as a merchant for office communication (or another relevant three-year vocational training). Professional experience in the management of a secretariat is advantageous, but no condition. You have very good MS Office skills, a safe handling of German spelling and medical nomenclature, and basic knowledge in English (medical terminology). You have very good ways of handling and are sensitive and professional in dealing with patients and employees. You have an independent, result-oriented way of working and enforcing, as well as analytically conceptual thinking and a secure judgment. You are open to change processes and actively support them. You like to work in a diverse and international team.
