As a central technical partner, you can remotely support the implementation of our connections and ensure a smooth running of technologies such as Bitstream, Leased Line, Cable, Mobile and IP system connections. In addition, you take over the configuration and integration of network termination devices as well as network components from manufacturers such as Cisco, Huawei, VMWare and Fortinet and ensure seamless cooperation with firewalls and existing network infrastructures. You bear the full responsibility for the successful start-up of the connections according to fixed schedules. Your goal: Perfect implementation in line with KPIs and SLAs! Your communication capability allows you to inspire our end customers professionally and convincingly – even via digital media. Your well-maintained appearance underlines your professionalism. At the same time, your professional experience helps to underline our high quality and service requirements.

You have very good German knowledge of native speakers and good English knowledge (at least B1 level). In addition, you are willing to accept call readiness (24/7) in case of need and are responsible for safety requirements such as VS-NfD checks. A friendly, professional and solution-oriented approach to customers is of course the basis for excellent service. You have the necessary technical expertise, for example at the level of a Cisco CCNA certification or a comparable qualification for the manufacturers Huawei, VMWare and Fortinet. You have experience in handling AI tools and are therefore perfectly prepared to optimize processes and to support technical solutions. In addition, you have basic knowledge in the SD-WAN environment and a good understanding of modern network and IT infrastructures in the business customer sector.
