At HyperHeat we develop renewable high-temperature heating solutions to decarbonise energy-intensive industries. To support our mission, we are looking for a practical technical reinforcement for our team in Offenburg.

In this role you work closely with our development team on prototypes, test stands and other hardware. You are involved in the assembly, testing and further development of our high-temperature systems and are involved in development processes at an early stage. If you like to work practically, think technically and optimize solutions with regard to production and assembly, you are right with us.

What you will do: Within the 1st month: You will be familiar with the tasks of your colleagues. You will be introduced into our technology and participate in our development processes. You are familiar with our hardware (test stands and prototypes) You carry out first tests with an existing prototype together with a colleague. You support the assembly of a new prototype

Within 3 months you will: Together with the development team, you plan new prototypes or Test levels. So you will be involved in the development process at an early stage so that you can evaluate the feasibility of new ideas and optimize them accordingly. can place the production capability and ease of assembly. Self-contained assembly and manufacturing work in our workshop or on site Self-fulfilment of tests and carry out careful documentation of results

Within 6 months you will: You take individual design tasks from your colleagues and set up 3D models in CAD and the drawings derived therefrom. (optional) You will be involved in the assembly planning in which you implement measures that simplify the assembly of our heaters and reduce production times and costs.

What you bring into the team: Completed design as a tool mechanic, lock or similar A pronounced technical understanding (function, production capability, assembly) Full mastery of the German language (C2) Car driving licence Own initiative and independent working. Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team. Embossed communication skills and the ability to discuss and document technical information.

Even better if you bring this: Professional experience, especially in the assembly and production of furnaces or similar structures, which are exposed to high temperatures Professional experience in the field of experimental setup or special machine construction Technicians in the corresponding area. CAD experience (e.g. inventory or similar software)
