For our project, the repair of the listed bridge in Dresden, we are looking for a building manager (m/w/d) for the construction period until 01/2030 with the possibility to take over further measures in the region or in the region of Cologne They lead the construction site to success under the guidance of our contractors and use our digital tools for construction site planning (e.g. Koppla) They are responsible for the coordination and cost control of all trades and the monitoring and documentation of the quality of the performance on site They support the project management in the creation of grants and the management of correspondence You are responsible for billing and act as the first contact person (m/w/d) for our local customer
