At the Rastatt/Baden-Württemberg site we design, develop and manufacture trendy upholstery and boxspring beds and want to expand as part of our growth strategy. We are looking for you full time as Product Manager (m/w/d) Home & Living / Furniture, Beds As an entrepreneurial and creative personality with a good sense of trends and feasibility, you will be decisive in shaping our collection framework plan. You develop and implement holistic product strategies and provide suggestions for profitable product expansions that meet both customer needs and our corporate objectives.

With your know-how, you can control and maintain our entire product life cycle – from idea-finding and assortment design to product development and market launch – and continuously optimize it. For this purpose, you identify opportunities, risks and growth potentials based on market, competition and trend analyses and use your results for product development, product design, price calculation and sales positioning. In trusted cooperation with our teams of marketing, sales and purchasing, you will ensure the best possible marketing of our ranges. Thanks to regular sales and sales analyses, you keep in mind all important developments and, if necessary, conduct market-oriented adjustments as well as extensive recommendations for action. You create and hold presentations for briefings and project meetings in order to jointly make important decisions and/or to vote for adopted measures. Last but not least, you will participate in cross-departmental projects with which we will advance our efficiency, profitability and brand strength.

Completed studies in Business Administration (BWL), Product Management or Category Management, a further education on/to the Business Administration and/or Professional or comparable qualifications Multiannual professional experience in product management – ideally in the furniture, interior or consumer goods industry Analytical, entrepreneurial and strategic thinking, good numerical understanding and strong customer orientation Feeling for trends, design and market requirements Enthusiasm for the further development, optimization and marketing of our product areas High level of empathy, social competence as well as team orientation, communication strength and negotiation skills
