Support Microsoft 365: support and further development of Microsoft-365 applications, especially teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune and PowerApps. Support: 2nd level support for all applications in the area of responsibility, including root analysis and prevention. Support workplace management: support of Matrix42 in the service portal and workplace management. Control software distribution: administration and support of software distribution with Empirum. Support and further development of applications such as Avero, LucaNet and DATEV. Lifecycle management support: control and implementation of updates, upgrades and migrations. Development of M365 and Azure infrastructures: technical support and optimization of the environments. Keeping IT standards: ensuring IT standards and best practices in operational operation.

Training as a specialist in system integration or comparable qualification with professional experience in relevant positions Funded knowledge in the area of M365, MS Azure and in the area of permissions (Azure Security Center, Microsoft Defender, Azure Active Directory, MFA, Conditional Access) Ideally, you have completed certifications in these areas Knowledge of B2B/EDI communication of advantage Communication and team skills, loyalty, independent working and solution orientation High customer and service orientation – ideally understanding logistical performance processes Good English knowledge of word and writing readiness to be socially friendly outside the core working hours, even on weekends
