Marketing Manager (m/w/d) Digital und Performance

Support and continuous development of our digital communication channels – in particular our website based on TYPO3 in cooperation with external agencies Own care and optimization of content on our websites and acquisition of smaller technical adjustments as well as quality assurance and test tasks Planning, control and optimization of our SEA activities and close cooperation with external service providers Coordination of our SEO actions as an interface between marketing, SEO agency and website agency Responsibility for the technical and organizational operation of our marketing and communication tools, in particular in the field of newsletters, webinar platforms and intranet Technical and organizational support of webinars and support in the continuous development of our digital event formats Strategic further development of our marketing automation and establishment of scalable lead and campaign processes Analysis of digital campaigns and user behaviour based on relevant KPIs and derivation of optimization measures

Successfully completed studies in the field of marketing, communication, media, business informatics or a related field Multiannual professional experience in digital B2B marketing – ideally in a technology-oriented or industrial environment Funded knowledge in the areas of website management, SEO, SEA and marketing automation Practical experience in handling CMS systems – ideally TYPO3 – as well as digital marketing and communication tools such as HubSpot, CleverReach or webinar platforms Experience in handling web analysis and tracking tools such as Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager Understanding digital lead management and funnel processes and experience in data-based optimization of campaigns and actions Self-responsible, structured and analytical functioning and connection of strategic thinking with a pronounced hand-on mentality Communication strength in handling internal interfaces as well as external partners and the willingness to actively promote and develop topics
