Cutting machine operator/CNC milling cutter (m/f/d)

We are looking for a world-leading manufacturer of precision tools for the automotive industry + aerospace at the Oberkochen site right now for a machining mechanic/CNC milling cutter m/w/d.

Your daily business

• Self-employed production of individual parts and micro-series on 5-axis CNC machining centres
• Programming of elaborate 5-axis programs, partly from 3D constructed models
• Removal and calculation of program data from CAD drawings
• Setup of 5-axis CNC milling machine including tool selection
• Quality control of finished workpieces
• Measurement of workpieces on measuring machines
• Maintenance and maintenance of machinery, measuring equipment and handicrafts

That's what you bring

• Successful completion of vocational training as a machining, industrial or precision mechanics m/w/d or comparable qualification with corresponding professional experience

• Programming experience with control MAZATROL

• Experience in individual parts production

• CAM experience with Siemens NX or comparable software

• Advanced English

• layer readiness (2-layer)

• Flexibility, readiness and reliability

• Individual initiative and team skills
