Manager Risk Management & Internal Control System (ICS) (m/f/d)

In the Central Function team, You coordinate the annual processing and audit cycle of our segment with the central functions, subsidiaries, the parent company and the auditor for IKS and risk inventory You provide technical/income support for IT systems for IKS and risk management and ensure the functionality and releases in the systems You create company/concert reports and reporting (including quarterly risk inventory, IKS reports, annual risk and chance report, reports for the MX Board and supervisory boards) You develop, organize and manage employee training for the internal control system and risk management through You conduct IKS audits with the subsidiaries and central functions You work on topics and projects to further develop the risk management system and the internal control system (including content innovations, effectiveness and efficiency issues, integration of AI solutions)

You have completed a completed economic study or a comparable training You have well-founded expertise and experience in risk management, internal control system (IKS), internal audit or audit Knowledge of SAP GRC and other IKS or Risk Tools are beneficial It distinguishes an independent, reliable, analytical and structured method You feel comfortable in communication at different hierarchical levels and are happy to work with national and international colleagues from different areas You have knowledge of German and English in word and writing and good knowledge in MS Office, MS Teams You do not meet all the criteria of the job ad, but do you want to become part of the #GENERATIONTK?
