Central responsibility for the disposition of our decentralized customer service technicians: You coordinate service operations in a targeted manner and ensure efficient operational planning. appointment and active coordination with our customers: You clarify service requests, agree dates and ensure a transparent communication between customers and technicians. Holistic deployment planning: You are planning service dates, taking into account quality, availability, place of use and urgency. Organisation of preparation for use: You define necessary spare parts, materials and auxiliary agents (e.g. working platforms or special tools) and ensure their proper provision. Optimization of route and tour planning: Efficient route planning helps you to reduce driving times and increase economic efficiency. Installation and maintenance of service contracts: You collect services in the system (SAP) and ensure that all technical and commercial information is fully available. Support of service orders to completion: From the first customer request to the commercial processing, keep the overview and ensure a frictionless process. Support in office management: You take over general administrative tasks and contribute to the structured organization of the daily office.

Completed technical or commercial training and ideal professional experience in service-oriented or technological fields Product knowledge and experience in construction Safe handling of current MS Office applications Impressed team skills and communication strength Customer and service-oriented as well as systematic work and organizational skills
